Summit Point Weekend

One of the pro team's major sponsor's is Ajilon Consulting.  This particular weekend, the CEO's son was competing in his first SCCA race.  I took the boys and the RV to Summit Point to provide support.  Here's a couple photo's of his car.

Saturday night into Sunday, we had torrential rains.  Fortunately for James, it stopped at noon and actually was a bit sunny.  Unfortunately for me, Summit Point lived up to it's alternate name, "Some Mud Point".  After the races were over, we were heading back to the RV.  The boys said "Dad, go through that mud!".  Why not, the Jeep is a capable off-road vehicle.  30 seconds later, we were high-sided in a deep rut.  20 minutes, we were back on our way thanks to a helpful guy in a Jeep with huge mug tires.  Here's what happens when he's trying to pull you out! (BTW - the boys thought that this was just hilarious).
