Detached Garage

The detached garage is the home of my "toys".  Mainly the 911 and the Boxster.  I've designed the garage to accommodate some future upgrades such as a commercial lift from Rotary.  To do that, the garage required a 12' inside clearance on the ceiling, special concrete and special high-lift garage door tracks.  The garage measures 30x30 and I also used 8'Wx9'H garage doors in order to accommodate my race trailer.  It has it's own 200amp service as well as gas heat.
